To be a great player, you can’t have a ‘weak’ hand. You need to be able to effectively pass, dribble and finish around the basket with either hand. Here are some of our favorite weak hand development drills for basketball players. .

1. you dont need to put the other hand behind your back to do this drill -
it serves no purpose
2. the other guy needs to get new shoes LOL
yeah I like this one, I'm taking my boy and some cones to the court and run
this.
The problem for me is not the lay ups it's just the dribbling
I got asked yesterday if I was left handed because I now almost exclusively
drive left. You can't tell how happy that made me feel. I seem to be even
more explosive using my left. I just need to work on my finishing. Not very
confident with my left hand under pressure.
Or, if you're poor like me just play some basketball with your left hand..
I remember when I would always go right cause my left hand was weak. Now I
go left more than I go right. lol. Just practice as much as possible.
Is there a video on how to switch hands while dribbling?
Found this helpful.
Ive got the dribbling down years now the lay ups are the things that bother
me and its not a open lay ups its the ones in traffic
2:38 i wanted to eat those two :D
