Upper Body Circuit for Basketball

Here is one round of a killer bodyweight upper body strength circuit that requires (practically) no equipment! This is shown in real time (takes about a minute to complete). See if you can do 3 to 5 rounds of this! Thanks for watching! .

    Only YOU can determine whether or not you can peform these through a pain
    free range of motion. Do NOT do anything that is painful. If you are having
    issues with your back, I suggest you go see a doctor or athletic trainer

    named? And is there a certain name for the push-up that is done in this
