    Good video idea, single leg exercises are key for basketball, and I hardly
    ever see anyone doing them. The 2nd exercise with a smaller sized bosu ball
    works great, the foot positioning makes a big difference to get a larger
    range of motion overall, but will build strength, balance, 'and'
    flexibility.
