Yes, they were designed to be done together... 2 days per week each. Only
basic weight room equipment is needed!
Very nice vids! I had an acl reconstruction surgury about a month ago and
now i'm in the phase of rehabilitation. Do you have any specific acl
prevention exercises that i can do in the future?

legally make recommendations about an injury online, that is something you

Hey Alan. Thanks for all the videos. I follow all of them and my game has
gotten a lot better. I've purchased lateral resistance band from jumpusa
and they are too big for these workouts. Where can I find something like
the one in this video? Also, I need a basketball workout plan and don't
know if I should go with the Stts or the PDFs and DVDs ? What is the
difference?
im doing a strenght training 3 times a week, before go to school im doing
this mini band circuit, but i dont know if this really worth the work and i
dont see all the benefits, should i just stick to my strenght training?,
cause i get a relly good glute and hip flexors work in my workout
