    Hello ,there have you considered Spovelux Training Program yet? Simply just
    do a google search engine. on there you will find a awesome guidelines
    about how you can improve your skill? why not give it a shot? Perhaps it
    will works for you too?

    using weights is good only if you have great form but if used wrong weights
    will screw up your joints...

    I suggest holding the ball like in a game situation - right hand up and
    left by side.
