    thanks so much coach. Ever since I found your videos I manage to shoot 3's
    and improve my shooting consistencies in training. I'm trying to transition
    from a center to a flexible wing & interior player and having a 3 point
    range definitely would help spacing for the team and open up driving

    Love these tips. These adjustments work for me:-
    1. Hop
    2. Load the hips
    3. Heels up
