This looks awesome to try out. Thanks for providing your expertise!
My jumper is efficient, but i sometimes shoot from my waist and get
blocked. Any tips?
Thank you!
I've noticed that even though I turn my feet, my torso still stays squared
and my elbow still flares out. Any pointers on how I can stop this from
happening?
I need help with my hand placements
Because I always need to look at the ball
amazing !!!
I CAN'T FIND A VIDEO THAT HELPS ME I HOPE THIS WORKS I DIDN'T WATCH IT YET
I'M TRYIMG OUT FOR THE GIRLS BASKETBAL TEAM?
Lol I actually can tuck my elbow in without the tilt, and other than
tilting and deliberately touching my elbow to my rib cage, I think I have
the main idea of this video down. To add on to the palm rotation idea, I
read once that you shouldn't be able to see ur pinkie when you've reached
your set point (or wherever it is when ur about to start the elbow-bending
shot motion).
I read on a website that you should point ur shooting foot towards the
basket and line up ur shooting arm with it so that its directly aligned
with the basket, with a squared stance. I've only had time to try this a
few times and it didn't work too well. Do you still think I should tilt my
feet, coach? Or maybe just add the tilt to the website's idea?
Also coach, should our chests be tilted as well? I think Coach Rocky said
once that whether u tilt ur feet or not you should keep the chest squared.
What's your opinion?
