What we need now is a tutorial showing what we should do for our warmups.

like 2 hrs

Not quite hip mobility.
I'm above and beyond NASM never had it never will but it will help you
guy's, your videos are well produced but what you call training is not up
to par. NASM will help you, get your nose into NASM!
I hate to see people get defrauded out their time and money. Remember the
"Emperors New Clothes"?
the hips forward exercise is 99 procent shoulder stability exercise.
I can't do any of these, I guess my hips are really not mobile so have you
any suggestions for easier variations ? Thanks in advance.
