I have been following Kent Katich’s 20 minute Yoga Hoops workout () with our team at DeMatha once a week for the past two months. The players love it! It is a great way to stay strong, flexible, and mobile during the season and the change of pace is mentally refreshing. Thanks for watching! .

does it seem sensible to do yoga, lets say for 15-20min, every morning
after waking up, + practicing normally (basketball/cardio/weights) 6 times
    a week?
