    i am constantly looking at videos with drills to help improve fundamental
    skills for all aspects of basketball to integrate them into helping my son
    when i practice with him at home. the one problem i see with all videos is
    that there is no information given on how often and how long should drills,
    offense and defense, be practiced on a daily basis and should a player
    practice many drills or find a certain set of drills and stick with them.
    any info you can give me that you believe would help will be appreciated.
