I dug deep through my video archives and compiled several great lower body exercises (all of which require minimal equipment). Use these ‘oldies but goodies’ to add variety to your workouts.

    i'm recovering from an acl surgery exactly 4 months ago and use some of
    these exercises to gain strength & conditioning.. they really help a lot!!

    how many times a week should you lift cause i am lifting six times a week
    upper body one day and lower body the next

    While it certainly depends on WHAT you are doing, I think 6 times per week
    is unnecessary. I have my players strength train 2x per week!
