It's stretching to prevent injuries
It helps your bounce and to not get hurt or catch a cramp
Allan I got jets can I do it in season it looks amazing how many drills
should I do like 1 core 2 quickness 2 conditioning etc.
People who don't understand how these are useful, these exercises are great
for shoulder/thoracic spine mobility, will help prevent shoulder injuries &
in the weight room on exercises like the bench press, dips, and pullups for
example(better range of motion)
