This video is Part 3 of a 3-part series. Stronger Team’s Alan Stein and Blair O’Donovan of Stronger Team are shown here in a video shot in 2010 doing a series of metabolic conditioning exercises they use with their basketball players.

Equipment from Gilman Gear includes: Functional Basketball Trainer (FBT) cable attachment, King Crab Sled with Position Pad, Hay Baler Heavy Sandbag, Big Training Ropes, Powerbag Sandbag, Enforcer Shield, and Firestick.

Please note: these exercises and “toys” are not the foundation of the Stronger Team training program, but are added in to offer variety and functionality. Thanks for watching! .

For the most part, metabolic exericses are strength/power exercises that
    also offer a conditioning effect....

The previously posted version had a different sound track; the theme from
an NBA all star game or something. Do you know the track or still have a
    link to it ?
