This video is Part 1 of a 3-part series. Stronger Team’s Alan Stein and Blair O’Donovan of Stronger Team are shown here in video shot in 2009 doing a series of metabolic conditioning exercises they use with their basketball players.

Equipment includes: TRX, 9′ pull up bar, weighted vest, Hoop Hands ball, Heavy Trainer basketball, 50′ (2″ diameter) ropes, 500+ lb tractor tire, sled, Vertimax, One Vest, slide board, 150 lb sandbag, and 16 lb sledge hammer.

Please note: these exercises and “toys” are not the foundation of the Stronger Team training program, but are added in to offer variety and functionality. Thanks for watching! .

The guy who commented earlier is right, this might be a big request but
could you make a outdoor video with exercises we can do around our
    community?

Too bad everyone can't afford such expensive equipment.

I think everyone is getting too caught up on focusing on the equipment!
Focus on the training philsophy, the effort, the movements, etc. Plus, I
have over 100 videos posted on this channel - most of which require very
basic equipment (if any)... make sure you check those out!

Agreed! Plus, we only use this equipment occassionally.... it is NOT the
    staple of our program!
