    I'm 16 6'1 and I got 24.7 in vertical and I'm trying to make at least 30
    inches how long do you think it will take me to get to 30 using your
    exercises and can u give me some suggestions thanks

    How many raps and times per rap if i want to train my vertical and dunk?
    BTW, i am 5'9, i can now only touch the rim.
