Like this drill. Should improve my game a lot and i agree with your point
about how acceleration is more important than speed.
Added a weight vest when I did this.... 2x the results.
Have you done drill videos for each of the 5 positions?
Good drill and great video ! Will do it tomorrow for sure. The kid should
finish with his left hand on the left side though 😛 .

Sad thing is after a few I didn't have to watch them all, just learn your
craft, you don't know what you don't know!
Coach/Guru, at what point should the player attack the ball-at first bounce
or first sight? Does it matter? BTW, keep doing the great service for the
basketball community!
