Balance Training for Basketball

Here are several one footed balance drills we use with our players – to help their spatial awareness, leg strength, and ankle & core mobility. Balance is so important on the court – the ability to shoot, handle the ball, and pass severely decline with poor balance. Thanks for watching! .

    Thsi is absolutely helpful!!
    People these days tend to sit more than we should, so it is really helpful
    to regain the versability of the hips and legs, nice drills!
