How many sets/reps are recommended
Coach, I'm a fan of your body style and love the athletic look. You look
the part. is there a main type of car do you focus on what are the exact
measurements you do do you run a mile do you do intervals at certain speeds
or elevations? I'm curious what you use to get in shape for basketball
running a mile may or may not be the best form of cardio for basketball or
is it? Shall we focus on Sprints or focus on mid-level cardio ability?
