I agree that push-ups are one of the greatest body weight exercises in
existence, but what is the point of doing push-ups with a basketball? I
feel as though, doing push-ups without a basketball and maybe varying
between, incline, close arm, and wide arm push-ups would be the best way to
go. What is the benefit of doing push-ups with a basketball? BTW, Alan I
enjoy all of your videos, thanks for imparting me with knowledge on getting
more basketball strong, fast, and more athletic, I appreciate it.
