    I can do 50 of each of these but coach says I'm still to skinny I'm getting
    stronger but not putting on weight I get moved like uhaul somtimes

    Does accomplishing a windmill require more upper body strength, or a higher
    vertical? I can dunk, but have no variations.

    i can bench press 200 lbs but these push up variations are way harder than

    what will push ups help me improve on? I know upper body strength but does
    that mean it will be easier to drive in with contact ?
