What Is Mental Coaching?

Mental coaching is a process in which the I will assists you to not only determine what you want in all areas of  their life, but to peel the layers of fear that hold you back from success.  I will develop an Attainable action plan for you to work during the time we are working together. The ultimate goal is to help you develop the same kind of mental game you see the best athletes in world possess.

Where Does The Coaching Take Place?

With today’s technology, the coaching session can be done through video streaming, telephone call, Skype, or any other option that fits best between myself and the client.

How Long Is Each Session?

Coaching sessions are typically one call per week for 60 minutes or for the laser coaching package is 90 minutes per call. The sessions are scheduled to meet your needs.

How Long Does It Take Before I see results?

Although every individual is different, clients who are focused, open-minded and optimistic tend to see results a lot faster than those who are not; however, it would be difficult to predict the outcome of the each client.

Any Contract Agreements?

You will get the most out of coaching if you stay with it for at least 3-6 months; However, the door is always open and there is absolutely no contract for length of services.

What Is Included In My Coaching Package?

  • Video streaming/ phone coaching sessions for 60 minutes (exception for the 90 minute laser package)

  • Email support between sessions

  • Comprehensive focus on the goals you want to achieve on and off the court

  • Assessments, as needed

  • Initial session — focus on determining the outcomes you want

  • Wrap-up session — review progress and plan further development

What Does It Cost?

$300 — One On One Coaching Package–Four 60 Minute Sessions.
$125 — Laser Coaching Package–90 Minute Session
$225 — Group Coaching Package– Four 60 Minute Sessions.

$65 — Video Critique Package–15 minute video Critique and a 20 minute session.

 $75-Time-Out Package- (1) 30 Minute Session Telephone or Video Session.

A Laser is not an ongoing coaching relationship. This is designed for individuals who want to solve a specific problem, Set an important goal or get support with issues that arise from time to time on and off the court.

What Kind Of Results Can I Expect?

When you fully engage in the coaching partnership with someone who “gets” you, you will see and feel positive, lasting results. I want to put you in a position where you get real results such as moving quickly from problems to solutions, and from insights to actions. This will bring you lasting changes such as feeling calmer during competition, recognize and know what to do when surrounded by challenges, and be able to carry the type confidence that opens up doors for your benefit.

Is There Any Prep Involved?

Of Course! You would send through email a brief prep form outlining your‘wins’ for the week, plus continue down the plan that was develop for you to achieve your goals.

Everything we share as coach and client is completely confidential.

How Is Coaching Different From Therapy Or Consulting?

Coaching is not therapy, which focuses on the past, the origin of problems and diagnosis. In therapy, you may talk about the changes you would like to make in your life, but the “how to” and the resources are often missing. Nor is it consulting which generally results in giving you the answers. Coaching is more action-oriented in the present and future. It focuses on the your desired outcomes to find solutions.

What Does Garrett Expect From His Clients?

  • Think BIG.

  • Be willing to be open.

  • Make the coaching relationship important.

  • Show up on time for sessions.

  • Handle distractions and create privacy for the session.

  • Speak up if any agreements change for you so we can re-negotiate.

  • Complete a brief prep form before the session.

  • Give lots of candid feedback, especially if something isn’t working for you.
